Uhhhhh, last I knew, laissez faire meant something or other about government not interfering with businesses. I think it's really great that people just throw a foreign (and therefore intelligent sounding) phrase into their speech when they have no idea what it means. The best part is, the article that quote was taken from was about how sloppy Americans are getting with their grammar because of instant messaging and cell phone text messaging. And this guy is supposed to be the expert on grammar? The world is a sad place.

American Idol Update:
My girl Frenchie got axed, but not by the American voting public. There's even a petition to get FOX to reverse its decision (which it's obviously not going to do). You gotta admit that girl had more talent than 99.63% of the other contestants on the show though. I guess I'll have to root for Kimberly (the real-sized one), and possibly Julia.

I hate it. When I get out of work at 11pm, I get home at 11:25, but somehow manage to find something to do that keeps me from going to sleep until at least 1am. Then I have to get up at 7 so I can be at the school at 8. I just wanted to go back to sleep this morning, but if I get this stupid "art" assignment done before class this morning, that's one thing I don't have to worry about later. Maybe if I work fast this afternoon, I can come home and take a nap before work. I have to work until 11 again. 3 out of 5 days this week, I'm working until 11. Only on school nights. You like how they work that out? It's nice. Jerks.
